Megan was drawn to the sector after spending 6 months looking after her own parents in their home. She loves working with the older generation, especially hearing about their fascinating lives and rich histories. In her role as Village & Sales Manager, Megan relishes the opportunity to utilise her exceptional organisational skills to simplify the process of preparing for this big move, and, at the same time, injecting a sense of fun along the way. Angela Crouch brings warmth, experience, and genuine care to her role as Sales Manager at Franklin Village. Supporting people with compassion, kindness and respect sits at the heart of why she chose to work in the aged care sector. Angela has a natural affinity with our older generation and feels a real sense of accomplishment when she can offer practical advice and reassurance as people navigate their retirement living journey.
With more than 26 years’ experience in real estate, service and relationships come naturally. Angela feels privileged to be part of Franklin Village and to showcase it to the local community - a village she describes as exceptionally “on-point” in design and features, and a lifestyle choice she would confidently recommend to friends and family.
Outside of work, Angela enjoys life on her lifestyle property, spending time with her pets, and keeping a productive garden. Starting as an administrator, Susan worked her way up to a regional position, overseeing the administration of 13 facilities, before later taking on the role of Business & Care Manager. At the heart of it Susan has a passion for helping people. She likes to be able to share her knowledge with residents and their families, going through what can be an overwhelming transition. It heartens her to see residents settled in their new home – toes tapping to music, or taking part in a lively game with new friends. Susan has called Pukekohe home for 40 years and it is where she and her husband raised their 3 children. She likes getting out and about in the local community, walking their dogs, and knitting.
