Frequently Asked Questions

Can I redecorate or alter my home?

In many cases this is fine, however you will need to submit a request to management for approval. You would pay for the alterations, as well as the cost to reinstate your apartment when you leave.

Can my family or friends stay with me?

Whether they are coming from overseas, or over the road, your friends and family are welcome to visit and can stay with you for up to 90 days per year.

Can I bring my pet?

Your pet is part of your family. Talk to your sales manager to see if you are able to bring your pet to your new home. 

What happens when I go on holiday?

The beauty of living at Franklin is you can lock it and leave, so you can enjoy your holiday with peace of mind.

Can I have a BBQ?

Yes you can, on your balcony. 

Can friends and family use the pool?

Yes, as long as they are supervised by the resident and respectful of others using the facilities.
